Process Flow & Navigational Steps

Please find below the detailed Steps involved in Dashboard updation process:

Step 1: Open the Dashboard & goto BRAND Tab as seen below. At the same time open the Excel spreadsheet provided by the client & go to BRAND TAB.

Step 2: Now copy all the filled entries in the BRAND tab of Excel spreadsheet to BRAND tab of Dashboard spreadsheet to the respective location.

Step 3: Repeat the Steps 1 & 2 above for all the other Tabs namely Product, Finance, People, Service and Hot Topics.

Step 4 : Next goto Time & Texts Tab in the Dashboard and change the Updated Date & Time and Current & Previous Year:

Step 5: Once the data is copied into the Dashboard for all the Tabs, Save the Dashboard & Preview it using Preview option, as shown below:

Step 6: Once the Preview is confirmed, generate the SWF File as below:

Step 7: Once the SWF file is generated, now we need to place the Dashboard in the Infoview. Use the option "SAP Business Objects Platform" under File > Export:

Step 8: Finally place the SWF file in the Infoview in the path IT > CORPORATE DASHBOARD > DEV CORP DASH.

Step 9: Once the Dashboard is placed, goto context menu & select View option to view the Dashboard:
